Child Safety and Protection Policy
Bubbler - Last updated June 2026
Bubbler is committed to maintaining a safe environment for all users. We have a strict zero-tolerance policy toward any content or behavior that sexually exploits or abuses minors (CSAE). This policy applies to all users, content, and interactions within the Bubbler app and platform.
Our commitment
Bubbler prohibits all of the following:
-
Any content that sexually depicts, exploits, or abuses minors
-
Grooming, solicitation, or predatory behavior targeting minors
-
Sharing, distributing, or linking to child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
-
Any content that endangers the safety or wellbeing of a child
How to report
If you encounter any content or behavior that violates this policy, please report it immediately using one of the following methods:
-
In-app reporting: Tap and hold any photo or message, then tap "Report." Select "Child safety" as the reason.
-
Email: hello@bubbler.com
How we respond
When a report involving potential CSAE is received, Bubbler will:
-
Review the report promptly and take immediate action to remove violating content
-
Permanently suspend the account responsible for the violation
-
Report confirmed violations to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) via the CyberTipline at missingkids.org, as required by US federal law (18 U.S.C. § 2258A)
-
Cooperate fully with law enforcement investigations
Proactive measures
In addition to responding to reports, Bubbler takes the following proactive steps to protect minors on our platform: We review flagged content manually, enforce our community guidelines across all user-generated content, and continuously evaluate safety tools and best practices to prevent CSAE before it occurs.
